I am on a diet comprising 2 boiled egg whites, 1 banana, 200 Ml of toned milk for break fast. Lunch: one apple one orange, 200 ml of butter milk. Evening 3 drinks of whisky Dinner one banana one apple and 200 ml of milk
My goal is to loose 10 kgs I'm 33 years of age. 5 feet 10 inches tall and weigh 83 kgs currently.
My question is is my protein intake ok. Is this a healthy diet and will the whisky prevent the weight loss. Thanks

greetings again, hope you are doing well. Your diet is extremely limited and lacking in many vitamins and minerals and adequate protein. Not sure why you have chosen this diet but it is high in fat with the buttermilk and the whole milk, and the alcohol again is excessive and dangerous to your liver. You might want to consider the South Beach diet, which consists of lean proteins like chicken fish or turkey, with lots of fruits and vegetables, and you will probably lose weight, feel very good and get adequate protein. You probably need a total of 70-80 g of protein daily only. This will optimize your immune function and total health. Cheers. Have a great day.

my friend, the whisky has 100-120 calories for every one ounce you drink, so it will be hard to lose weight if you continue to drink this much. Also more than 1-2 oz. a day of any alcoholic drink is considered too much for your liver to handle in a day and is considered unsafe. So I'd recommend you cut down on your whisky intake. ALso, buttermilk is very high in fat, so if you have access to low fat or skim milk I'd drink this instead of buttermilk to lose weight and protect your heart.cheers.
