hii, i have too much weight, and im just 21....i tried alot may things...i got my tests done too all showed normal....doctors said to exercise but the only problem is that....i can t get time to exercise...my work timings are morning 7 am to 8pm. and after that also soo much work that i get free at 11pm..so till that time i get full tired.... plzzz help me...tell me some medicines which can help me to reduce the weight.

you are unnecessarily spoiling your life just by following a bad lifestyle and keeping this in mind that you cant exercise.... you need to, infact you have to modify your lifestyle..
you need to go on a proper and a strict Diet Regime alongwith walk and exercises.
1) cut carbohydrates( roti, rice, potato) from your diet.
2) go more on protein diet( soya, light dals, homemade paneer, egg whites)
3) Also cut on dairy products.
4) Incorporate more of green and vegetables in your diet.
5) Have more fruits and salads in your diet.(never mix fruits and salads together)
6) Incorporate green tea in your diet regimen, as it acts as a great anti-oxidant.
1) You are required to have 1hour of walk, twice a day(morning & evening), start with atleast 30 min. in a day
2) Incorporate SURYANAMASKAR in your workout regimen( atleast 6-8 repetitions).
3) Spot jogging for atleast 5-7 minutes continuously.
YOU SHOULD INCORPORATE ALL THIS INTO YOUR LIFESTYLE, otherwise you are at greater risk of many health disorders which you must be aware of too.
NO Medicine would help you to loose or get rid of this problem, instead it might lead to many side effects.
