Over Weight, Short, Going Gym, Palling To Take L-glutamine. Suggestion?
Hmmm i am a bit fat and my age is 18 with s height 5'3 and my dad is 5'7 i want to grow minimum upto him .few days back i joined gym somebody said that if u get slim you will grow height and i read in a article that taking l-glutamine in night can increase my height . Plz query this and give a suggestion to grow height plz ... my father and mother and my all family members are taller .but mom say all are bloomstars in our family i think u'll be also like them and now i'm joined a gym and heavy building body .can this effect my height growth? Pls answer me

Hi exercises, good nutritious food and sound sleep will help you.
Exercises like stretching exercises will help and not body building exercises. Do regular cycling, swimming or skipping. These will help you. Nutrition rich in protein is required along with exercises to help in growing tall. Sound sleep and early morning sleep will help in growing tall because or release of growth hormone.
If your epiphysis of bone has closed then the effect of growing taller will be very minimal. You can try the above said measures for your benefit.
