Overweight. Diagnosed PCOs. Planning To Lose Weight For Pregnancy. Are Laser Sessions Safe?
Hello, I'm 29 yrs old with height of 5.2" and weight around 75 kilos...I hve been married for 2 yrs...I hve a problem for PCOD...now we r wishing for family planning so i'm required to reduce weight....is VLCC benefical for that?? does the laser sessions have any side effects on womb...is it safe to join Vlcc for weight loss...Please suggest... Thank you for writing I just undergone with your problem according to your height you have to reduce min 15kgs and it is quit difficult for PCOS patients to reduce such a huge weight in a short span like normal people are doing so please go and join in some fitness which you are interested which contains cardio and strength training also and take huge amounts of protien diet than carbs which mostly converts into fat in PCOS patients.Go and consult good dietician and take a diet chart according to your life style For further query write me back
Hi NIdhi, Thanks for writing in. To tackle the problem of pcod,your goal should be LOWERING BODY FAT LEVEL.and IMPRO ING INSULIN SENSITIVITY.For that try to adopt following life style modifications.Initially you might feel difficult but after some days you will get used to it. 1.Nutrition-eat fresh,wholesome food. Include unprocessed food,complete protein(dals,milk,milk product,fish,eggs,paneer,curd,nuts and flax seeds in your diet. 2.Exercise -regular exercise,at least 30 mins a day is absolutely necessary for pcod patients to balancing harmones.try different kinds of exercise from cardio,weight training to yogasana .
