I just undergone with your problem according to your height you have to reduce min 15kgs and it is quit difficult for PCOS patients to reduce such a huge weight in a short span like normal people are doing so please go and join in some fitness which you are interested which contains cardio and strength training also and take huge amounts of protien diet than carbs which mostly converts into fat in PCOS patients.Go and consult good dietician and take a diet chart according to your life style
