I'm 63 and overweight and have hypothyroidism; arthritis on all my joints, spondylosis on my neck and hips. I start my diet to lose weight and is working. I am taking supplements as omega 3, vitamins and minerals; extra zinc and potassium; Kelp; Glucosamine; Ginseng and beta carotene from natural and Paracetamol from traditional medicine. I avoid all other drugs and is working good to me, is not gone the pane but I prefer like this. My question is: Can I add CLA maybe at evenings? that will help me
Hi You taking supplements as omega 3, vitamins and minerals; extra zinc and potassium, Kelp, Glucosamine, Ginseng and beta carotene from natural and Paracetamol for your Overweight, hypothyroidism, arthritis, spondylitis problem. Addition of CLA(Conjugated Linoleic Acid ) will enhance your weight reduction. A dosing of 3.4 grams daily of CLA is necessary to get the benefits. Till now no interactions CLA has been reported. Sometimes side effects like stomach upset, diarrhea, nausea etc., may occur. Regards Ranjit
