Pain Behind The Left Shoulder Blade, Arm Feeling Heavy, Dizziness. Suggestions?

Hi,
I'm a 41yr old female. I have been experiencing pain behind my left shoulder blade all day, my left arm feels heavy and weak. I'm not having any trouble breathing and I have no chest pain, though I do feel a little dizzy.. I've been feeling clammy off and on, it's not constant
The pain radiates through my shoulder down my whole arm.
Any advice greatly appreciated

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello, shoulder pain radiating to whole arm commonly suggest cervical issues. You can go for clinical and diagnostic check up and a x ray cervical spine and a X-ray shoulder if the clinician has any doubts about the pathology. Further treatment will be decided upon the diagnosis and magnitude of the problem. Thank you
