Pain In Chest. Took All Tests. No Ulcers, Heart Problem. Diagnosed With Tietze Syndrome. On Cannabalm. Still Suffering. Treatment?

I have had extreme pain in my chest for apx 8 years now. Originally, because of the location of pain and spasms it was thought to be heart palpitations. When heart meds didn't solve it, they decided it was ulcers. I tried many different diets and was on ulcer medication for about 5 years. When the pain continued to get worse, I had a full battery of tests from endoscopy/colonoscopy and ekg and blood tests. After they didn't find any ulcers or heart problems I was told it was in my head and sent away with Norco and antidepressants for another two years. I started seeing a different doctor because the pain, which used to be sudden and come on a couple times a week, had become more severe and hurt non stop every day, it has now been over two years since I have had a single day without pain. Within 3 months she diagnosed me with Tietze Syndrome. I now take a bunch of nSaids, Voltaren gel, Cannabalm, and Percocet three times a day to deal with the pain, and am practically on bed rest, but it is just getting worse. Help!

I wonder if your chest x ray been done so far for pleuritic pain (Membrane over lungs may at times be inflamed due to some unknown disease itself) This should also be done- see a pulmonary (lung ) expert.

Myalgia is sometimes cause for chest wall pains for which medicines already prescribed are taken.
There is a drug called gabapentin which neurologists often prescribe for fibromyalgia. See a neurologist or an rheumatologist as well
