Pain In Left Side Of Abdomen, Heavy Bleeding, Low BP. Ultrasound Shows Small Cysts. Suggestions?

Hi there, I have seen several different doctors and have had 2 ultrasounds that show nothing but a very small cyst on left side, i have had lots of blood work done and Xrays, I am experiencing extreme pain to the left side of my abdomen, and heavy bleeding that has been on and off this has been happening for 4 weeks now nobody is giving me answers.i experience low blood pressure and vomiting i cant eat or drink as i get extreme pain what should i do

Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. Recurrent pain in left side of abdomen could be because of number of causes like haemorrhagic cyst, chronic PID, torsion of cyst. I think you should undergo laparoscopy to find out the cause.
