Last year I have taken endoscopy for Gastric purpose. Result showed gasteric is present but not ulcer .So OTC hp kit & reduced the dosage as per doctors advice. Now I am taking sompraz 20 twice a day before food. Kindly advice.
I went through your problem description. I am happy tht you are aware of your gastric problems. Gas pressurises the diaphragm upwards and squeeses the lungs and heart sheeth which is experienced as tightness and pain. Whenever there is acidity, this pain is present.
It is importnt to understand the cause and symptoms to avoid anxiety. This chest pain should be distinguishable. Keep fit and be healthy. Eat moderte nutritious food, exercise, keep yourself active, Eat non acid food, avoid red meat etc. This life style can definitely help you to clear acidity. Also have garlic and ginger everyday alongith breakfast. Meditate for 20 minutes daily.
