Pain In The Hips And Ankle. Not Able To Lift. Treatment For Pain?

Good morning. Hope you are well. I have painful hips bilateral for a long time now. If I sit to long I have trouble getting up and standing straight. Recently my left ankle became painful, more so when I lift my foot upwards. I cycle regularly and at times my ankle become to painful to continue. I consume red meat once a day. I am 1.68m tall and my weight is 70kg. I drink 1.5l of water daily. In your professional opinion what do you think is wrong and what can I do conservatively to improve my pain? Thank you for your time, appreciate.

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
From description pain over your ankle seems to be inflammatory in nature. It could be due to acute attack of gout. I suggest you to get it evaluated to rule out any infective pathology. Take antiinflamatory drug like ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation .
Hope this will helps you.
