Pain On Facial Bones, Hurts After Touching, Severe When Provoked. Recommendations?
Hello Dr. Siegel, my name is Kris and I'm online in search of an answer for the pain I'm currently experiencing. I came across this site and figured I'd give it a whirl. Throughout today I've been experiencing pain in my facial bones. Every bone from my forehead to cheek bones and eye brow bones hurt to the touch. Without touch its an ache. The pain is severe when provoked.
hello,I have got your question.you are worried about your facial bone pain.Is it associated with fever with rash/headache/cough and cold/tearing etc? actually facial pain may be of various reasons.like: sinusitis(ENT problem) , infectious fever ,trigeminal neuralgia(a type of neural headache)etc.sometimes this type of pain may be due to constant cold exposure.if it is so,then please avoid cold exposure.you can take warm water gargle 2/3 times daily and may take water vapour inhalation.then there will be some relief.but you should make contact with your doctor and follow his/her advice.
