Painless Cysts Under The Skin, Lumps, Blackheads. Tried Minocycline. Pain And Blisters After Using Retina Cream. Anything Else?

I am 24 years old. basically have had acne when i was a teenager, after differn, antibiotics, and birth control it subsided... since i gradually got off all 3 my skin has returned to a mess. I have 3 under skin "cystic" no pain, large lumps, and blackheads and redness almost everywhere, its frustrating. I was on doxycyclin didn't work. minocycling didn't work, and now I started birth control. I received RetinA cream but I don't want to go through that terrible terrible pain, blistering, etc side effects of most topical creams. is there anything else? I also have no health insurance and worry when I do go to a Dermatologist they will just rob me blindly. Again, 24, female, Caucasian.

U have sever acne for which topical creams will not work hence you need to be started on Oral Isotretinoin tablet with prior investigation of Liver function test & Lipid profile under Dermatologist guidance is necessary. Till you get Dermatologist's appointment you can start on Calamine lotion for timebeing.
