Pelvis Ultrasound Shows Fibroid, Nabothian Cysts At Cervix, Ovarian Cyst, Free Fluid Present Near Ovary. Meaning?

I need help understanding this... had a ultrasound of pelvis.. results are.. the uterine myometrium is mildly hetergeneous and there is a small fibroid, nabothian cysts are noted at cervix, there is a simple right ovarian cyst, also a minimally complex left ovarian cyst with thin septation. free fluid is present adjacent to right ovary and uterus

thank you for your query.
your ultrasound states that your musculature of the uterus (myometrium) has been invaded by the lining of the uterus (endomertrium).also there is a small outgrowth of the endometrium called as fibroid.
A nabothian cyst is a mucus-filled cyst on the surface of the cervix.it can block the cervix when big in size.

also both your ovaries have fluid filled cysts on them.the right one lokks simple but the left one has septations or multiple walls in it.

also there is some fluid in the right side of your pelvis near ovary and uterus.this may be due to the ovarian cyst.
