Penis Is Small. Has Cut Vein On Penis With Razor When Young. Thigh Joint Is Sore. Advice?

hi doctor this is bhushan my problem is that my pennis is very small my body wieght at one time was 95 kgs today it might be around 85 kgs so i had 2-3 main querrys to be asked one is how can i loose wieght second during my teenage i had faced a lot of crisis in my life love problems , education, family etc. and it happened moreover my erection had just began so it used to erect without my knowledge many times due to whcih i again faced problems at my house so one day in a fit of rage i tried to cut my pennis with my dad's eraser it actually happened that i was shaving the hair around my pennis and suddenly all traumas surrounded my mind and knowingly - unknwoingly i cut one vien o and also used razor around my pennis also the thigh joint is sore red due to same reason and it pains tremendously. used various medicines but no usealso my bup jont has same problem please help
