Pregnant. Taken Duphaston Pills. Will This Cause Any Harm To Baby?
hi i missed my last period . my doctor advised to do a pregnancy test and if negative i should take duphaston 10 mg for 8 days. my pt was negative and i started taking duphaston i took 2 pills. felt an odd sensation in the abdomen. i did pregnancy test next day and it was positive. the duphaston pills already taken, are they harmful for the baby. please clear my doubts as i feel very worried. i am a bit confused as to the effects of duphaston. thank you

Dont panic ...Duphaston (a steroidal progestin ) has been used for infertility
,menstrual disorders and hormone replacement therapy.
It has not harmful to the baby .You can continue the drug for a period of 12
weeks and then consult your doctor for further advice.
YOU CAN CONTINUE YOUR PREGNANCY
