Hello
Palpitations are commonly encuntered in
pregnancy due to
hormonal changes. They can be due to stress, anxiety ,excitement, intake of caffein ,vigorous physical activity.
In your case probably they are caused after eating heavy meals that are rich in carbohydrates, sugar, or fat. Sometimes eating foods with high levels of
monosodium glutamate (MSG), nitrates, or sodium can bring them on.
The problem could be food sensitivity. Keeping a food diary can help you identify which foods to avoid.
You must also get investigated for
thyroid hormones, a blood sugar level, anemia, low blood pressure, fever, and
dehydration .
Finding out the cause will help to solve the problem.
There is no immediate risk to u or your baby, but this can be treated.
All the best
