Problems With Hearing In Right Ear, Had Accident, Got Head Hit. What Could Be Done?

my brothers accident held on 26 may he is on own bike .he is not wear helmet properly and on time of accident hit ahead on road side and get a few stitches on his head but after few hours we observe so he is not able to hear with his right ear. I have consult with Dr. Sanjay Dang in Old Rajinder Nagar .he is examined him.And he is done some test like hearing test &his nose endoscopic and after that he is says we have not able to doing some thing now we have see after two months so you suggest now what we have doing now

It would be best if he was seen in the ENT department of a referral/tertiary care hospital.It would be best if he goes to hospital attached to a teaching college.A second opinion there would help.
