Problems With Voice, Armpit And Genital Hair Growth, Acne, Pain In Nipple, Redness And Swelling. Infection?

19 year old male whose voice dropped, armpit and genital hair grew, and got acne at around age 14. Still have acne on face and slightly on chest and back.. Pain started in right nipple 2 days ago and now noticed in left as well. Redness and swelling around both and very tender and sore to touch and squeeze. Got antibiotics to see if it was an infection but when I saw the doctor I only had noticed in one nipple. Now that it's in both I'm wondering if it would still be an infection?

Hi, the findings you have mentioned before are all common, and timely, The sore ness of the nipple may be due to the inflamation, due to harmones, squeezing, or infection.
At present it is to be treated like an infection. if no response can consult a surgeon after some time,to treat gynacomastia.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, diclofenac sodium, and vitmin C tablets. Thank you.
