Thanks for your query

Regarding your query presence of 20 mg/dl protein in the urine is considered as trace..and presence of pus cells 8-10 indicates that you are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI)..
cause for your proteinuria might be this UTI..
But other causes of proteinuria includes kidney diseases,,hypertension,amyloidosis,diabetes etc...,

For this you have to take antibiotics like cotrimoxazole or flouroquilonones or nitrofurantion for 5 days..
Consult general physician for more suggestions
