Pyogenic Granuloma In The Posterior Vaginal Wall, Surgery Done Granuloma Re-occurs

my problem is i have a pyogenic granuloma in the posterior vaginal wall, i had the surgery, and then when i went back to the doctor he told me he came back the granuloma, the byosy are okay, thanksod, now he sntr me to another doctro he does laser treatement, he saw me he says is very small so he is going to leave it alone for two months, then come back and see if is okay if not, do sufgery or laser he dosesnt know yet, what can i do myself
to make it go, please tell me. thank you.

Thanks for writing to us.
The chronic granuloma that you have is best if removed surgically in toto. Since the size of granuloma is very small right now we can also wait for a while for it to subside spontaneously under antibiotic cover.
