Reason For Pain In Perineum Between Vagina And Anus?
I felt what I beleived to be part of my hamstring muscle and tightening in the buttocks on Monday. Later that night I notice a painful area in the perineum between my vagina and anus. It doesn t hurt during sex and BMs are harder than normal. There is nothing external, it s all inside, and it feels like it moves if I push on it externally or vaginally. Could it be part of this muscle that hurt or could it be something else, like a Bartholin gland infection?
If there is no trauma history then infection of skin glands need to be ruled out. Your symptoms suggest systemic infection leading to swelling bruises If Enlarged lymph node need to be examined.
So I will advise you to consult a specialist and do required investigation.
