I received a Kenalog inj in the lumbar region of the spine yesterday, I stayed at the hospital (under supervision) for a short period of time. During this time, I began to feel a little strange & became nauseous, was given cracker & sodas which helped me to feel some better. After I arrived home last evening, I noticed the on-set of a bad headache, took some meds & went to bed. I was awakened by a bad migraine (which I have no history of) & (inspite of the pain med that I took) it became worse! When I awakened, I was experiencing heart palpitations very frequently, almost to the point of going into A-Fib which was scary, also, I felt flushed & checked my blood pressure it was up too 188/102, by this time I called my Dr., he advised to take extra Toprol & if not subsided in short amount of time then go to the hospital. These incidents have occurred frequently throughout the day. Blood pressure back up to 167/100 this p.m. Needless to say, I am afraid to go to sleep! this is not a pleasant experience for me! Thank you!
