Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

At your height with your present weight your BMI (body mass index) is 17.7, which, as you mentioned is a little low.
BMI allows a person to determine if their weight is appropriate for their height. It should be between 18.5 to 24.9.

For your height normal weight range would be 52.2 to 70.3 kg.

To increase your weight your would need to increase the amount of calories you eat and drink and decrease your energy output to prevent weight loss.

Increasing your calorie intake means: (1)eating more frequently-use high calorie snacks between meals such as nuts
(2)increasing the calorie value of your meals by increasing portion sizes
(3)add agents to your food to help increase the calorie value - peanut butter, butter, dressings, oils
(4)avoid fidgeting and any excess activity

I hope this helps

hi...
first of all no medication wat so ever alone can help you gain weight without exercise and diet and wen i say exercise and diet people usually say " isnt that for obese or fat people? " well, no it can be used for a healthy weight gain process too, add a fitness regimen like 3-5 times a week in the gym.Now about your diet i have no idea as to what you are eating, but keep the ratio as follows 50%carbs, 40 % protein and 20 % healthy fats. You should start seeing noticeable results in 40-50 days.Remember consistency in diet and exercise is the key
