Red Aching Marks Under Armpit...

I have suddenly had a couple of red rashes under my armpit and slightly to the front of them. They ache and feel like I have been doing a little weightlifting. They came on this morning. They are warm to touch. Any ideas what this is?

THIS COULD BE ACUTE URTICARIA WHICH COMES & GO.OTHERWISE IT COULD BE TINEA ,THAT IS FUNGAL INFECTION.
