Red, Itchy Rash On Front Of Both Legs And Arm. No Help From Triamcinolon. Help

I have a red rash on front of both legs on rt arm--that is itchy and thought I had a flea bite-but have gone to a doctor and he has me using Triamcinolon 0.1% twice daily--but it seems to have no affect--I have been in different gras--it is not poison Ivy--have had that severly yrs ago--I have used everything from vinegar--ice-alcohol-ben gay--think it and I have tried it---its red--itchy-- can you help???Thank you

From your history it loks like eczema, may atopic eczema.
I suggest to try with adding moisturisor and continue your present medications.
Kindly avoid irritating your skin by puting this and that. dont try such home remdies without doctors advise as your skin seems to be sensitive and can react to vinegar and all. If you dont get relief with above said things in 3 days then please visit a dermatologist as you may need oral medicines sometimes.
