Red Spot Filled With Liquid On Back Spreading All Over The Body. History Of Having Fever. Symptoms Of Chickenpox?
Hi, My name is Vikas, from few day I was suffering from fever & from 3-4 days back I am seeing red spot filled with some kind of liquid, on my back. But from last 2 days they all are on my whole body & from yesterday night they start coming on my face, shoulder, chest & whole back. When I asked some people they are saying these are the symptoms of chickenpox But I am not sure Because my age is 24 year old and chickenpox usually comes to children... If it is chickenpox then what to do in this scenario? Because they are increasing so fast...
You are probably having a acute viral exanthematous fever, this may be chicken pox if you have not had it as a child. You need to take rest, paracetamol for the fever(whole body sponging may be done if fever goes over 102 F),calamine lotion may be used for the itching, you can consult your doctor if any complications arise. The disease usually takes 10-14 days to end up till the fomites drop off and you become noncontagious.
