Right Ankle Is Swollen. X-ray Fine. Hurts While Bending. Solution?

well its goin on my 3 week it started with my right ankle its swollen when i bende it forward it herts in the bac of my foot and my right ankle started to get swollen too it been two days i passed extray for the foot and for my lungs and thers nothing that showed up and on my right ankle i can see little veins that wasnt ther before can you help me.

With vessels that are dilated, it is certain that there is an ongoing inflammatory process at your ankle. It is comforting to know that the x-rays are normal as that rules our any fracture.

However, it would have been easier to comment had you stated
-your age,
-if you are diabetic or not
-any other medical history
-if you had a trauma on the ankle
etc.

Possible diagnosis could be Gouty attack, septic arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankle trauma etc.

You should meet a doctor for proper examination.
