Ringing In The Ear, Black Outs And Nausea. Need Help

Once in awhile when I'm in a line up at a store I randomly black out, and when I black out my vision goes black, my ears ring and I feel nauseated and I sweat through my clothes. Now everytime I reach something up high to get a cup or plate. The last time I reached up high to get my mother in law a ashtray I feel to the floor shaking.. Couldn't remember anything afterwards. Please help! I'm only 21 and I'm scared one day I'll drop to the floor with my son in my arms! I've gotten so many heart tests and blood tests done, no one can find what's wrong with me

Hi and thanks for the query,

Ringing in the ear other wise called tinnitus usually involves a lesion with the inner ear. What you actually present with also certainly involves a problem with reflex control of your blood pressure with changes in position. The opinion of cardiologist under such circumstances could very of great help.

I am sorry you might have consulted a cardiologist before, but you might have a to consult one again, preferably a rhythmologist. Your blood pressure control to exclude hypotension and transient hypoglycemia is needed.

Thanks and hope this helps, Best regards.
