Rough Patch Between Right Eyebrow And Corner Of Eye, Itchy And Red Spots In Neck. Normal Blood Tests. What Could This Be?

I have been experiencing a rough patch between the point where my right eyebrow begins and the corner of the same eye. The skin there is dry and flaky. The left corner of my mouth is similar and the roughness goes across my chin. My neck has red spots and is itchy. I have had blood tests for allergies done and nothing has come back positive. Nothing in my diet or atmosphere has changed. What could it be?

Hi,
After reading your query thoroughly I can make out that you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis. You can apply a cram containing mild steroid such as cortisone and an anti-fungal in it such as terbinafine or clotrimazole. Apply moisturizing cream over the affected area. DO not expose to direct sunlight. You can take benadryl or loratadine for itching.
