Severe Acne After Stopping The Use Of Betnovate. Advised Keracnyl, Triacneal Creams And Acuret Tablets. Is This Treatment Appropriate?
I usef betnovate gm to clear little acne on my face.it got better in one and a half month, i stopped applying betnovate. But it must have caused a serious reaction , now my face has severe acne. My derma suggested facewash by VICHY, a morning cream named keracnyl, a night cream named triacneal and tablets ACUTRET 50mg. Is this routine sufficient, do i have to take any precautions?

hi usually betnovate is not applied on face in any condition because it may aggrevate the acne.the same thing appeared in this condition.in severe acne acutret 20 mg tablet is drug of choice but it should be addeed with any other acne creams as both causes dryness of skin.hence only use acutret tablets and use a mild soap along with application of mild soap for cleansing
