Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement, Dr. Saurabh Gupta's Response
Hello and Welcome to HCM,
Thanks for writing to us.
The pains that you have described are likely to be due to a muscular pain most likely caused by a wrong body posture. Taking mild pain killers and muscle relaxants will bring a short term relief. Regular exercise will be helpful. You can do a hot fomentation and apply a local analgesic gel on the area to relieve the spasm.
Hope this helps you.
Wishing you good health...
Regards.
Dr Saurabh Gupta.
Hi, the back ache may be due to the cervical spondylosis or diabetic neuropathy, You must have a controlled diabetis, and get checked for spondylosis. So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
