Severe Knee Pain With Constant Weight Gain. All Tests Normal. Hemoglobin Level 8.7. Possible Reason For Pain?

Hi doctor, i am rajani pokharel from kathmandu, nepal. I am 26 yr and married. i have gained my weight, my weight is 60 kg. after marriage before that it was 51 kg. My weight is gradually increasing. Recently, i have also problem in my right knee. It keeps in paining and I feel like several needles has been injected on me. i find difficult to walk and it pains alternatively. I have consulted many doctors and various test has been done. My uric acid level, thyroid level, CRP, ESR, and all other test about blood has been done. Doctors say that my muscles are alright and nerve is also fine but pain in my knee is still the same.
My hemoglobin level is 8.7. Is this the problem of my knee pain or there is some other reason behind it. I am doing simple therapy exercises of knee and walk normally for some time till how much i can walk. please provide me some suggestions and tell me other exercise that is possible for me. my weight is not decreasing why is so? does low hemoglobin level increases weight or not? what should be done to reduce my weight?

I have read your question.

It looks that the present knee pain is due to your increasing weight.Increasing weight of body puts more strain over the knee.This lead to increase in pain at knee.You should do following exercises-

Try to reduce your weight.You may consult to a dietitian for this.He may plan a diet for you which will reduce your weight.Do aerobic exercises will also help you.Take a diet rich in iron as you are also anemic.
