Shaking Hands, Stiff Neck, Currently On Lexapro. Doctor Advised This Is Not Discontinuation Syndrome

Hello. I have been experiencing shaking hands, stiff neck and funny feeling legs. I have GAD and lost my husband a year and a half ago. I also was taken off quickly lexapro and then put on effexor. \Many of the symptoms happened then. My Dr. put me back on Lexapro. \he says it is impossible that I could be suffering from discontinuation syndrome as that happened in July. Sorry..am on a public computer and will not furnish my Visa number. Perhaps later

Hi!
I read carefully your concerns and it seems clear that this is a form of antidepressant withdrawal syndrome.
If i was your treating doctor should have prepare you for this before I changed your medication.
