Hi The pain you are experiencing is a common type of pain most of the people complain of which is quite difficult to diagnose any cause. Most often the reasons are Pleurisy, Cough and cold, Bowel disturbances. Since you are on blood thinners the possibility of a cardiac problem can not be ruled out. A thorough examination by you General Practitioner can give a valuable idea what it is. It is most likely to be of a respiratory problem. Hope you find my suggestion useful. Any future quarries are welcome. Thanking you Dr Samir
