Should I Be Concerned About The Weakness In Leg, Painful Tailbone And Headache Caused By A Fall?

I fell onto concrete 2x times today because of ice. I landed on my back (tailbone first) both times. My tailbone hurts like heck (obviously) but I'm a little concerned because my left leg feels weaker. I know that for tailbone injuries there's not much you can do besides icing it, not sitting for too long/don't sit on hard surfaces, and pain killers ...but should I be worried about the weird feeling in my leg? Also have a splitting headache. I don't think I hit my head in either fall but I'm not positive.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

With history of fall and as you are feeling weakness in left leg, better to get examined by a doctor. May need to get X-ray to rule out any fracture or displacement of disc.
feeling weakness in left leg after fall could be due to injury to nerve or pressure over nerve at spinal level. which needs immediate treatment.

Hope this helps you.

Regards
