Should I Concern About Bp During Pregnancy?

my normal BP is 100/60. I'm 33 weeks pregnant and my BP at my last appt was 129/82. My BP throughout my pregnancy has only been 110/70. Should I be concerned about the jump? My OB told me not to worry but I had pre eclampsia with a previous pregnancy and this is how it started out. Oh and I've had a migraine for the last 3 days. My OB's solution fiurocet (sp?), which hasn't helped.

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion you need to worry about the BP if it is more than or equal to 140/90.129/82 is normal you need not worry. But as you have past history of preeclampsia you might need to get frequently get check up done. Also see for any pedal edema .Avoid provocative factors for migraine. And higher meds for migraine might not be advisable inpregnancy.
