Should A Nerve Test Be Done For Sharp Lower Back Pain?

Yes I need help in answering A important spinal question that Dr. Chad Hartley may have messed up on in other words the doctor never did do A nerve test at all and I have had 6- spinal surgeries in my past the recent Ct scan clearly stated that T-12 through L-5 needed to have cartlidges replaced and spinal decompression done apparently Dr. Chad Hartley on did one verterbra L-3 and L-4 and cracked the vertabra in surgery on November 20th last year and He bone graft the problem never doing A nerve test at all and now I am having lower back sharp pain all the way down my right leg Dr. Hartley never bothered to check my medical back round with Dr. Anthony Hadden who has been doing all of my spinal surgeries since day on in 2009 about my staph infections or about my recent or last two spinal surgeries and now I am having difficulty bending or doing every day activities. should I have A nerve test done or what should I do please help me I am 54-year old woman that cannot go on like this ?
