Should I Be Worried About The Numbness In My Face?

Yes, I just had a MRI done and there was a black shadow in the middle of it. This is my second MRI as my Dr. wanted to follow up on an incidental finding. The reason I got a MRI was because the right side of my face keeps getting numb. Should I worry?
