Sick, Cough, Cold. Taking Paracetamol, Carbocisteine, Amoxicillin. Leads To Pneumonia? Help?

hi, my mom is 66 years old, weighing about 180lbs who has been on and off sick with 38.5 highest temperature since Wednesday. She also has cough and colds. She has been taking paracetamol and she just started taking carbocisteine and amoxicillin this morning. She might have gotten this from recent unstable weather condition and from the flood. Please let me know what are the best treatment for this. Can this lead to pneumonia?
Appreciate your reply. Thank you!
