I've just been out doing strenuous exercise for a short burst of time after a long period of inactivity and my left eye is starting to lose it's peripheral vision at an alarming rate but not going completely blind. I've made sure to drink lots of water since finishing and I'm not entirely sure if it's helping. Should I worry about what's happening? It's only been about 15 minutes but still a bit wary
