Hi and thanks for the query, headaches generally could be primary (migraines, cluster headaches or tension headaches) or secondary headaches (trauma, cerebral and meningeal bleeding, tumours, abscesses etc). The headaches described in this child actually deserves that a secondary cause should be excluded. A clinical evaluation to exclude epilepsies in children with a CT scan and electroencephalogramme could be very useful. The opinion of a neurologist in my humble opinion is very necessary.
