Small, Movable Lump Near Elbow, Lump On Lower Jaw. MRI Shows Inflammation. Treatment?
My 23 year old son has just discovered a small pea like movable lump on th inside of his elbow . He has an ongoing problem with a lump on the bottom of his jaw. We had an MRI done which said it was inflammation and to consult his dentist . He is studying in xxxxx and is flying back on Monday morning. Not sure how the English system works concerned mother.
Hi,
The ongoing lump on the bottom of your son's jaw may be an inflammatory lymph node
primary cause may be from scalp to chin on the same side. sometimes primary cause could not be found. Basic Investigation, X-Ray chest, Dentist or dermatologist opinion is needed
The pea like movable ?lump inside elbow should be seen by the doctor to find out the cause.
Because it varies according to source - Sub-Cutaneous or deeper plane
Best Wishes
