Sore Feet After Recovering From Hand Foot And Mouth Disease. Remedy?

I got hand foot and mouth disease a year and a half ago from my grandson who was in a daycare where a child had it. He never got it but as far as I can tell he was a carrier to me. I lost alot of my skin on feet & hands. Ever since then the soles of my feet are extremely sore. I have a problem with the pain if I walk for too long. They will turn red and feel hot. My legs get sore from the knees down at times since then too.

Hello,

Skin is the first line of defence against any microbial agent and it protects the internal structure from hot and cold.

so your skin is affected you're prone for infection and ulceration of the foot.

While walking always wear protective cloths(Cotton stockings) and shoes.
