Stenchy Smell From Vagina, Brown Discharge. Stopped Taking Birth Control Pills, Was Sexually Active. Help?

"hello, i'm a 15 year old girl and i've taken birth control pills but i stopped taking them about a week and a half ago. but now i have a smelly stench coming from my vagina. it smells exactlly like fish and i also have a little bit of discharge that is brown. i am sexually active but not at the moment because of the smell. help me?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
The fishy smell , discharge from vagina means pelvic inflammatory disease .
Infection may be bacterial, fungal , parasitic, anerobic .
Broad spectrum antibiotics with local vaginal (insert) tablets help you.
Use antiseptic solution for local wash.
If possible consult a gynaecologist and get his opinion.
