Hi, my name is XXXXXXX. For the last 6 days my left back hand has been stinging alot lately but it feels as though its my veins stinging. I can lift up heavy boxes without my hand hurting and i cannot bend my wrist . My mother thinks its a bruise but sometimes when I put my hand under cold water a swollen vein sticks out. Can you please tell me what this problem is and how do I solve it
