Hello madam, You have irregular periods, because of PCO. For which you were taking drugs like glucophage 500 mg two times a day (to reduce the Insulin resistance). Now it has been substituted with cipla okamet (metformin 500 g). Both are same drug and bioequivalent - no harm. Any other hormonal imbalance like thyroid should be corrected Advised diet: By maintaining a healthy weight and eating fewer processed foods and foods with added sugar, you can improve your body’s use of insulin and balance your hormone levels. Weight loss may help regulate your cycles, improve the frequency of ovulation, and boost your fertility. Oral contraceptives for few months may regularize your periods. I wish you all the best Best wishes
