Hi! Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query. It would be good if you mention your Blood sugar and thyroid level, Are they under normal range? Also, your symptoms can also be a manifestation of peri menopausal condition, which may cause night sweats in woman of your age. Thus, I would suggest you to consult a Medicine Practitioner and get your tests done to rule out any serious underlying cause. Also, make sure you take nutritional meal, good amount of fluid, adequate sleep and maintain a healthy body weight.
I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free for any query.
