Suffering From Dizziness. Had Sinus Infection And Anxiety Attack
29 year old female. Good Health but am an Anxiety Sufferer. 2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with a pretty bad sinus infection. I took my 3 day Z-Pack I was given and my bad headaches went away pretty quickly. For about the last week several times a day I kind of feel wobbly or dizzy. Not like Im gonna pass out or anything but slightly dizzy. This is very annoying to me. Ive also got the snuffy nose and the past nasal drip and runny nose. But ive noticed that when I yawn sometimes my ears will clog or unclog. So I wondered if my sinuses or something else could be causing the mild dizzy moments I have. What could this be? And what can I do to stop this annoying feeling.
You need to answer couple of question: Is it true rotation, Is it more on lying down and getting up? Do you have associated hearing loss? Answer these and I might be able to give suggestion

No theres no rotation. So I dont know if its actual dizziness, it almost feels like im on a baot for a moment when Im standing still. And there is never any hearing loss, it almost feels like theres water in my ears when I yawn. I do wear glasses and was told to wear them all the time but I only wear them if Im driving, shopping, or at church. Any other time I am not wearing them. So I've noticed the past 2 days when I've put my glasses on, my eyes or head (not sure which one) felt off. I didnt think of that until just now. This only happens 2 or 3 times a day and has only happened once today and only last for a split second but just enough to somewhat freak me out. I know your head can also feel off when you are a GAD sufferer. Its just so annoying.
