Suffering From Obesity. On A Low Calorie Diet, Exercise Routine. How To Lose Weight Quickly?
Good morning Doctor. I am on a man of 40 years with a weight of 95 Kg. I am on a diet plan where I have restricted my calorie intake to be around 1600 Calories per day. In addition i spent around 1000 calories everyday through exercises. But still I am not losing weight. I mean i lost just 2 Kg in last one month. what could be the issue?

It is good that you want to lose weight and taken first step towards it, I hope you must have checked that you have no other medical problem.
Calories restriction if too much may not be continued for long so may be you take 1800 1900 K cal/day with exercises gradually incrased step wise.
One more thing you have to have patience result would come but slowly.There is no SHORT CUT.
You can discuss with your Physician if possible to take ORLISTAT as advised by him/her.
It helps to reduce weight but even after reducing it is important to maintain the reduced weight.
A supplementation of multivitamin may be required .
Please keep it up ,you will lose weight keep target of 1 to 2 kg per month.
