Suffering From Random Head Aches And Ear Aches. Forehead And Eye Socket Are Swollen And Sore

Hi. I recently got punched in the head rather hard. The area on my forehead and eye socket are swollen and sorw.. Now I am experiencing random head aches , ear aches in the ear on the same side , loss of appetite , and dizziness . Is this somethin I should worry about? Thank u

Dear thanks for the query.When ever there is hard blow to head it leads jerky movements inside skull.This leads to this kind of symptoms.As you say you are having swelling over eyes and forehead.Please see a doctor and get examined.Some times this kind of blow can lead to perforation in ear drum which needs treatment.So please visit a doctor.
